This agreement will terminate immediately without notice at Dorcy Inc.’s sole discretion, should you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other Dorcy, Inc. site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.

Refund Policy

Coaching Programs

There are NO REFUNDS for Coaching work including but not limited to Securing a Sacred Relationship Coaching, Higher Purpose Mastery Guided Program & Retreat, Co-Parenting Coaching, etc. Coaching is NOT based on an hourly fee, but an overall connection, experience, and mindset work. Much of the “work” we and our coaches do together with you happens outside of “phone/video/conference” time.

I reserve the right to decide which clients we work with and to ban clients from our practice and our programs if they behave disrespectfully to me or to any of my staff.

Unless I end the coaching relationship myself, you are welcome back at any time.

Online Classes and Digital Products

We will make every effort to deliver your digital purchase to you. Please contact us by email at clientcare@dorcyinc.com or phone at 888-379-7279 if you need any assistance.

If you are not happy with your purchase and would like a refund, please contact us by email or phone with the reason and we will provide a full refund within 3 days of purchase. There will be NO REFUNDS after the 3 days. There are no refunds if you decide to not complete the online class or training. 

Live, In-Person Retreats or Events

There are NO REFUNDS for any live, in-person retreats, programs, or events and we do not offer any refunds for services that have already been delivered.

For in-person retreats and sessions, we are not responsible for any travel delays, mishaps, cancellations, reschedules, weather, injury, or missed travel arrangements.
